From Stylist to Salon Owner

I’m Ricky Jones, founder of Naedlae Hair Care, and I’ve been a professional hairdresser in London for over 20 years. My career began at the renowned Trevor Sorbie salon in Covent Garden, where I had the privilege of learning from some of the best in the industry. This experience shaped my skills and passion for hairdressing. Later, I co-founded the multi-award-winning salon,Jones & Payne, in the heart of Shoreditch, where I built a loyal clientele while focusing on running the business.

Throughout my career, I’ve always been fascinated by what goes into the products we use every day. This curiosity led me to study with various institutions over five years, eventually qualifying as a certified natural hair care formulator. It was during this time that I uncovered the truth behind many so-called "natural" haircare products, which often still include hidden man-made synthetics.
