Shipping & Delivery 

At Naedlae, we are passionate about creating natural hair care products that are kind to both your hair and the planet. We extend this commitment to our shipping practices, ensuring your orders are delivered responsibly.

Products:

We specialise in handmade natural hair care products, starting with our multi-tasking 'Foundation Spray' for hair and scalp.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Carrier:

We utilise Evri for our deliveries.

Order Processing Time:

Please allow 2-4 business days for us to carefully prepare and package your order. As our products are handmade, this processing time allows us to ensure the highest quality.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days after dispatch.

    • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.

    • Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number.

Packaging:

We are committed to minimising our environmental impact. Your order will be packaged using:

  • Boxes made from 70% recycled content.

  • Biodegradable protective paper wrap.

  • 100% recyclable gummed paper tape.

Local Purchase:

While we do not offer local pickup, you can purchase our products in person at our private hair studio located at Unit 1.18 Oxo Tower Wharf, Bargehouse Street, South Bank, London, SE1 9PH. Purchases can be made alongside your hair appointment.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence via email at hey@naedlae.com.  

  • We will replace the damaged or defective product free of charge.

  • We may request the damaged product be returned to us.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued, including any original shipping costs.

Lost Packages:

In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hey@naedlae.com. We will work with Evri to investigate the issue and take appropriate action. Please be aware that investigations with the courier can take time.
