Returns and Refunds 

Thank you for purchasing our 'Foundation Spray' leave-in conditioner treatment. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

  • In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product.
  • To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing via email at hey@naedlae.com of your decision to cancel.
  • You must return the product to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

2. Returns Due to Change of Mind

  • We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including the sealed glass bottle with spray atomiser.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the product's purchase price, excluding the original shipping costs.  
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving the returned goods.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence via email at hey@naedlae.com.  
  • We will replace the damaged or defective product free of charge.
  • We may request the damaged product be returned to us.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued, including any original shipping costs.

4. Allergic Reactions:

  • As our 'Foundation Spray' is a handmade natural hair product, there is a possibility of individual allergic reactions.
  • A complete list of ingredients is provided on the product packaging and our website to enable informed purchasing decisions.
  • We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use to assess your skin's compatibility with the product.
  • While we take every precaution to ensure product safety and provide accurate ingredient information, we cannot accept responsibility for individual allergic reactions.
  • It is the customers responsibility to check the ingredients before use.
  • If you have known allergies, please carefully review the product ingredients before purchase.

5. Hygiene and Safety

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are damaged or defective.

6. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged or defective items.  
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service and obtaining proof of postage when returning items.

7. Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hey@naedlae.com.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or defective goods.

8. Product Shelf Life

  • Please note that the "Foundation Spray" has a shelf life of 6 months.
